In most African countries, most of the mobile phone companies do not cover the whole country. For most people, the solution is to carry two or three chips around, but it is inconvenient opening up your phone and changing the chip every time you are out of "coverage area". Imagine having a phone which automatically switches from one network to another as an when required... and i am not talking about exorbitant "Roaming" facilities.

There is no such mobile. You need to purchase a dual sim card holder. If you switch of and switch on, one sim get's activated. Again if you switch off and switch on the other get's activated leaving the first one deactivated. The sim cards will be activated alternatively when ever you restart your mobile.

i completely agree with viiju.go to your nearest cell service center and ask them to fit an dual sim holder in your phone
