ok easiest option, is to simply right click the video on the webpage, and select 'save target as' this will download the movie onto your computer which you can then drag and drop into your cd burner to burn onto a cd/dvd.

if the 'save target as' option is not allowed, they have designed the page so that you cannot simply download it, in that case you would need to get another program that can capture what is on your screen, and mess about with editing what you have captured selecting just the parts of the screen you want to keep.

the 2nd way is very messy to do and time consuming, so if the 'save target as' option is not available i wouldnt bother trying to get it
