Without a doubt, the prostitute is a better person. She is trying to earn a living by doing something. Ok, it's something illegal, but at least she's only taking money from people who get something in return.
A beggar is simply another drain on society who expects something for nothing.

Depends on what you mean as better. a prostitute in Amsterdam or Nevada has legal working rights and thusly has a real career a beggar his largely given up. a street wicker homeless prostitute is more in lie with the beggar.

"Better"? That's subjective. Both are doing what they believe they can best do, given their environment, to survive. I don't think you can say one is better than the other for the way s/he goes about it.
Now, there are certainly specific beggars and prostitutes who have not only survived, but improved their environment and moved away from those positions, which are looked down upon by most societies; those folk are better for what they have done.

A prostitute. At least she is working to make her money and not out asking for a hand-out. A beggar is broke *** cuz he is too lazy to work.

..they are equal as human beeings.. they are both in need of something, most often money.. money to food, money to drugs, money to live.. they aren't bad persons because they are beggars or prostitutes..

i my eyes... Pro is better...atleast she's not a burden on someone..she's doing a job to feed herself or her family.
beggar if not handicap is just a lame lazy SOB whco doesn't want to do anything but beg....he can't feed himself properly let alone his family...soon he will steal/mug people...
Pros doesn't do that.... unless you end up with someone like that movie Monster...
