Can someone give me an idea of the job market in Fayetteville and the surrounding area? Any suggestions as far as retail jobs? I might be relocating to that area, and have applied to a couple places on Monster.com, but I don't think resumes on that site are reviewed all that often--at least not by some companies.

Northwest Arkansas is a growing area. There are plenty of opportunities in retail, etc. Fayetteville is also a college town that is also growing. They are building a few shopping areas right now in Fayetteville and Rogers and pretty much the whole region.
If you are a reasonable worker, you should not have any problems.
If you are going to move to this area anyway and not in a big hurry, you can wait to look for job when you get there. Or you can try a few sites below.
Or call particular stores that you might be interested. They have most of the usual chain stores. Of course, Wal Mart headquarter is in Bentonville.
