ok. i weigh 150 Ibs and my height is 5'8 i really wanna lose weight what should i do? are their any pills or something? i even stop eating junk food but my problem is that i drink lots of pepsi and eat soooooo much chocolate especially when i get my girl thing!! so can anyone tell me what to do? i am like so deprest especially when i see my body!!

step one: lose the pepsi!!! have you seen how many calories are in regular soda?!? replace the pepsi with plenty of water, good old H2O....you should be drinking a MINIMUM of 2 litres a day (3 is better) just to keep your body's normal functions in tune...(trust me...you don't want to get constipated due to insufficient water intake--it hurts like hell!)

Step 2: examine your diet...are you eating anything particularly fatty? fried foods? fast food? other prepared/convenience foods? if so, cut these down, preferably out of your diet. in place of these bad foods, substitute plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables...have a salad, for example....lots of greens, just a little bit of cheese or meat, and a low-fat dressing, such as lemon juice, or a low-fat vinaigrette

ABSOLUTELY SEE YOUR DOCTOR! he or she can make sure that you are losing weight at a healthy rate...1 to 1.5 pounds a week. your doctor can also help you determine what your target weight should be...if you're 5'8", you don't want to be 108 pounds, you'll look like a toothpick....

about the chocolate: reduce the amount of chocolate you are eating (that will help) and switch to dark chocolate...it has more antioxidants that help control free-radicals (and will help you not to age quite as fast) other foods with high amounts of anti-oxidants include blueberries, dark grapes, and, if you are over 21, red wine.

Hi!

You are one of the few lucky ones to have such a great height. Hence, you could eat more than an average girl. But, to lose some weight, I wouldn't suggest any artificial methods. The safest way to slim down is to cut down on your consumption of soft drinks, junk food and do some good exercise. Drink plenty of water in the meantime......
If you follow these, you won't be slim for a few days or weeks only; instead, you'll be slim for a lifetime!

dont do anything drastic. the best and healthiest thing to do its cut down on fatty foods in your diet and do some exercises. i know thats not what you wanted to hear, but its the only proven safe method. it will take a little time, but the fat will start to go away. 150 really isnt all that much. just stopping to drink pop will help more than you think. i no longer drink pop, eat beef or pork, and i have cut way back on my ice cream (it was my fav!) and i am so happy with the results, i didnt even need to exercise. take it slow, i know you can do it!

Quit eating junk food & drinking soda try exercising more and drinking water.Try Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice 8ozs in the morning before you eat or drink anything then 8ozs before you go to bed.The grapefruit juice attacks your fat cells do alot of walking.THis truly works.Good Luck

i think you should just cut back cuz i'm like 5'4 and you don't wanna know how much i weigh i wanna loose so bad i been dancing for excercise and cutting back on some foods my mama said i look like i've lost something maybe you can just try cutting back on some of the food and excercise daily should work hope that helps you some and girl by the way that's not fat

I was 178 pounds in March and by May 19th I was down to 154 pounds by using Slimquick and exercising every other day.

Maybe you should stop crying about it and go get some exercise. Stop drinking soda, and don't binge on the chocolates.

Eat healthy, join a gym, get fit. It won't happen over night, but you'll see results.
