I normally don't need help when it comes to shopping for clothes; but this summer i do. I love to wear full skirts and dresses. However, i'm having no luck finding dresses that are reasonably priced. I have no problem paying for quality; but i am a bargain shopper by all means. Where would you suggest if i want nice quality dresses for under $150

Have you tried Ann Taylor? Even on their web sight, everything is on sale! Yeah! Or WhiteHouseBlackMarket? They have some great skirts and tops...

For work, I say get something that ends just after the knee..I live in Malaysia but sometimes when I windowshop on websites, I see some pretty nice things on the kmart, target, chadwicks and jcpenney sites. Ive went on more websites but those are on my mind now. Maybe you could try checking out Zara or Topshop...hmm..wonder if you have those brands over there. Anyway, good luck.

Try the store outlets. I don't know where you live as some states have more store outlets than others.
