I can get a Fictious name statemant for the state of California? I really need a website so I can download the form and/or application. I have looked all over and can't find it, thank you in advanced!!

Each county has its own forms, so you should check if you county clerk's office has theirs online.

Go to your county clerk's office; they will tell you what you need to do. Basically, you need to file a fictitious business name statement with the county clerk's office, then publish it in a local newspaper within 90 days and get a formal proof of publication from the newspaper.
