And prosecutors, have you ever prosecuted someone you thought might be innocent? How do you feel about this?

I worked for a large firm up north and I was the asst to both a public defender and district attorney. In both cases I can say we prosecuted innocent people and defended some that were clearly guilty. In some cases it was a really hard thing to wotness because we would have some inside info about the case that the judge deemed inadmissable in court and without that evidence it swayed the jury one way or another. It happens but then we have to do the best with what we have available and hope that the jury can sort out the whole picture with the information that we can supply them

Good question, I think money only matters to lawyers.
