that happend to me when i was pregnant and the doctor never did give me a for sure answer what it was . he just said could be low iron and baby sucking all your nutrients out of body. maybe you could ask your doctor if iron or calcium supplements would help. it did for me. but i would check with doc first. hope this helps.

I am 6 months pregnant and my doctor recently put me on Percoset for the same pain. I had it with my first child as well but I did without the drugs.
My presc is for 2 every 4 hours. I take like 1/2 or 1 every 4-6 hours, just to take the edge off of the pain, not to numb me,

The tylenol 3 shouldnt hurt especially since you're already 8 months. The amount of Codeine wouldnt be enough to harm your baby. Avoid anything with aspirin because it thins your blood and could cause you to hemorrhage

It is possible for the baby to turn and thus apply pressure to nerves causing pain. Especially late in the pregnancy.. I am not an MD. This happened to my wife at seven months in two of her pregnancies. Needed Medical assistance to relieve the pain. Go see your ob-gyn NOW. DO not take NO for an answer.

I TAKE TYLENOL #3 AND I HAD PAIN SINCE I HAD MY CHILD OVER A MONTH AGO. I BREASTFEED, BUT I NOR THE BABY HAVE HAD ANY PROBLEMS. DON'T WORRY, TAKE THE MEDICATION AND FEEL BETTER. YOUR BABY WILL BE FINE. DON'T TAKE ANYTHING STRONGER THAN THAT.
