I just recently went to icing at the mall and got a ton of stuff (I think it was a 10 for 5 sale) and with tax it ended up being around only like 7 dollars for a ton of cute jewelry...I had to search through to find cute stuff, but it was definitely worth it.

Try your local Rainbow, Dots ( If you know of any of these stores) They are cheap but nice clothing stores. They usually have very nice jewerly for cheap.
Find a store that sells "going out" clothes and they ususally have jewerly, pocket books & shoes.

clairs; another idea is keep a look out for jumble sales and charity shops that's whare the good bits and bobs come from keep looking in them you can find some really good bargains..
