You could try giving us some facts and evidence instead of just slinging stupid question. Nevertheless, to answer your examples:
Global warming: 20 years ago, it was global cooling. Scientists say the earth has heated 0.6 degrees in 150 years, but that is only true in some parts of the earth. Also, there was an ice age 10,000 years ago. It ended. Why? Global warming. But there were not 6 billion humans on the planet with cars and factories 10,000 years ago. So if the earth warmed before we came along, how come it is suddenly all out fault. Science says the earth is warming, science does not say humans are at fault. Those are facts.
WMDs: there were WMD. Not as many as we thought, but they exist. That's a fact.
Tax Cuts benefit the wealthy: duh! The wealthy pay the most taxes. Tax cuts benefit everyone else as well. Do the math.
Benefits of stem cell research: this is unknown. It probably will result in great things, but is not garunteed. However, nobody is banning research. The president only opposes federal funding, there is still funding from the states, from universities, from venture capitalists, and from private companies. Those are the facts.
If you disagree with conservative policies you should first know what they are. Second you should know the real facts, not what you hear on TV. And third, try offering an intelligent and educated argument, instead of calling names like a child.

Look to see who gives money to the CONS and LIBS and you will understand why they do the things they do. Facts matter little to political types; facts only matter if they support one of the current causes sponsored by a party.
CONS are supported by big business, gun owners, and the religious right; LIBS are funded by NOW, Lawyers Assn, Abortion groups, LGBT, environmentalists and others. Both use 'facts' to wage public media wars against each other.
You mention global warming; first of all, it is a theory with a fair amount of evidence but it has not been proven, at least not the way the Law of Gravity has been. So people who favor business (CONS) don't want more restrictions on businesses, whic means less profit. LIBS DO wnat global warming to be true, because this means less money for CON supporters. Hopefully the science continues.
Stem Cell Research ties into abortion (value of life) and religeon (sanctity of life), so the sides are drawn pretty quickly. Until there is absolute, scientific proof of something, both sides will fight on ignoring evidence the other side produces. That's how politics goes.
Was VHS really better than Beta? VHS won, but it's a long story how.

Why is the fact of global warming considered such a big deal? If I were going to live long enough, I'd be a LOT more worried about the next ice age. Like the man said, "Don't worry, be happy!"

Tax cuts benefit the people who pay taxes. Facts: the top 1% pay 10% of federal income taxes; the top 5% pay 25%; the top 10% pay 33%. So, yeah, tax cuts benefit the "wealthy". Duh. Are you suggesting that people who don't pay federal taxes (the bottom 40% of returns) should get a check so that they have "their fair share" (aka "Give me my money!")? Fortunately, that party is over; folks are once again having to EARN their money.
Stem cell research. Yawn.

Global warming yes the would temp has gone up less than 1 degree in 100years

You can do the research on any stem cell but fetal and the gov will help pay for it. SO WHAT.
Let me ask you this. We find a cure for cancer using fetal stem cells, now to cure 1 person you must have stem cells from 10 fetals. Now what?
