Weed does kill, "on drugs" means any sort of drugs including marijuana. It is more difficult to identify marijuana in the system before the next morning when the newspapers finalize their prints.

I agree,it should be legalized and tax revenue would,in my mind,be more than alcohol and tobacco combined.People still make their own alcohol,and could grow their own tobacco,they don't(in general)because it takes work.Why go to all the trouble of making your own booze when you can just go to the store for a guaranteed product

It is illegal because the government can not tax it... Too many people could grow marijuana of their own and the government would lose money... Its all about the taxes
