Report it to child services if she's under eighteen. If she's not under eighteen than the only thing you can do is try and talk some sense into her

Seriously, if your friend likes how her dad is treating her, she has a big problem too. Is there any "child protection" services in your area where You can report this odd activity? If not, talk to any of the elder relatives of your friend so they will be informed of this man's behavior. Good luck!

By telling her that it is against the law to date her father or do anything else with him. BESIDES THE MAN IS HER FATHER. Just because he made her does not give him or her the right to date. Where is her mother.
