13% x 25 = 13/100 x 25 = 0.13 x 25 = 3.25

Whatever the percentage for example 13% the 13.00 is seen as a whole number so what you need to do is make 13.00 a decimal number. To do this you must move the decimal two spaces to the left. now you have a decimal .13. no matter where the decimal is in a number you only move two spaces to the left. 25.5%, .14%, 125.7%. As you may have notice it doesn't have to be a whole number like the .14% but you still have to move the decimal over two spaces to the left. Multiply your number by percentage that you change to the decimal.
25 x .13= ? Don't forget to put the decimal in the right place after you get your answer. Depending how many number are to the right of the decimal, that's how many spaces you move to the left of your answer, starting from the last number to the right like 2389 would be 23.89 if i use .13.

Method 1: Multiply 25 by 13 and divide the result by 100.
If you want a full percentage, you'll have to round off.

It's a cinch if you remember in math OF means TIMES
and 13% means 13 one-hundredths which in turn can be written as a decimal .13
So you take your problem and write it in "math" language bit by bit, like this .13 x 25 = ? Do the multiplying and you have your answer. Yours from a professional tutor! By the way, if you can't multiply, use a calculator, and don't forget to put in the dot before the 13. Not bad, eh?

100 divide by 25 = 4 x 13 = 52% out of 100% or 52 out of 100

The answer to your example would be 25 x .13
25% of 100 would be 100 x .25
Just remember that 100% is always equal to 1.0

always multiply the no. whose percentage is to be calculated with how much percent and then divide it with 100.
in ur case it would be 25X13 divided by 100
