I am physically hurting bad. Do you think that I may have Cancer, or a desease?

Just because you're in pain doesn't mean you have cancer or a disease. You should not let pain go undiagnosed, though. You really need to go see a doctor, especially if it isn't muscle pain, but in an unusual place (internal organs).
If you don't remember doing anything strenuous and the pain has persisted for awhile, its time to take action. Take care of yourself and get healthy!

What kind of question is that? Do you think that anyone can tell you if you have cancer from that description? No! Go see your doctor.

You don't even say where this pain is. Go see your doctor. Hopefully you can give her/him a better description.

go to a doctor they would be able to find out for you
