i need to access my yahoo e mail offline,i.e save it on my documents.

Use Microsoft Outlook(part of MS Office), Mozilla Thunderbird(free download), Eudora Mail(pay download), or some other Mail program to check your email from your computer. Whenever you connect it would send answered emails and receive new ones, tou can also add multiple email adresses to one inbox.

Forward your Yahoo mail to your Outlook Express and then save it from there without going through all the rigmarole.

i do not evaluate that you need to. I evaluate that is a folder you need to favor to maintain a twin of your inbox folder and your trash folder, it should be now not inspite of that you'll get rid of. Sorry, if this isn't a lot (or any) help, i recognize this isn't what you wanted to take heed to.
