This is the best solution...
Get a Ziplock baggie. Fill it with some white vinegar. Tie it to the end of the faucet so that the opening is soaking in the vinegar and let it sit for one hour. Take the baggie off and scrub the end with a used toothbrush. This will get rid of the calcium deposit that clogs the faucet and causes it to spray.

Take the nozzle off the faucet and clean it out. Sounds like it's partially plugged. That's why the faucet sprays all over the place.

if it sprays when you turn the water on from the faucet spout replace the aerorator on the faucet

Usually when my faucet is spraying water all I have to do is turn it off! Have you tried that? If not, you should!

Un screw the little part on it where the water is coming out and replace the rubber ring. You can buy them anywhere from Walgreens to Walmart. This shud do the trick..

well, if its spraying close to the end of the outlet, you probably need to unscrew the aerator, which is on the end of the spout. it most likely has debris in it diverting the water or a bad washer.

get those tap head adapters from home depot or any hardware shop. it has an adjustable nozzle for varying degrees of spray power.
