I have been called unamerican because I feel Palestine should be freed from Israeli occupation. I was born and raised in the midwest US, and isn't it "american" to support who you want, even if its different from the majority?

it is unAmerican to have compassion or believe in humanity you must be a good patriot and christian the predominant religion and hate all middle eaterners who are considered terrorists as well as muslims who we have many preconcieved ugly thoughts about and little regard for their values, and hate immigrants and label, exploit them and hate whoever else fox news tells you to hate including palestine, otherwiuse you are some unpatriotic, subversise, bleeding heart liberal hippie who is burning in hell and you need to leave the country, I know because these are the typical responses I get from ther morally superior idiots who are brainwashed by their idiotboxes and easily manipulated by fear and hatred,like good citizens

Thats not unamerican, you ae not out there fighting with Palestinian but I can see why people might think that of you because we support Israel in the fight over there. Its just your personal opnion. Everyone has the right for their own opnion. Now if someone sided with Iraq. I would definitely call them unamerican.

I'm willing to bet that the "Unamerican" label that you've received is the byproduct of a lot more than your stance on Israels treatment of the Palestinians.

It means we love the country enough to get mad and disagree with the situation. Whoever said that is dumb as a rock and has enough problems of their own.

They might be translating your opinion as someone who is anti War on Terrorism. You're either with us or against us is the adage that started drawing lines on the ground, and sides were being taken depending on your thoughts and/or actions. Honestly, in the US it is no longer acceptable to have a minority opinion. Anyone who doesn't follow King George's decisions are considered "anti-American". No offense, as I hold many minority opinions and I fully support you in yours.
