No, but murder, which I presume is what caused the death sentence , is.

Depends on your views of the death penalty. Is it inhumane to murder a serial murderer, who, with treatment, will still violate the rights of others and kill again? Is it inhumane to charge a 16 year old as an adult who committed a murder and sentence them to die, despite that treatment has and will work for that one time offense? Unfortunately, for the civil society, it is a constant battle, but for third world nations and other nations that have more seriousness in their punishments, a woman cheating on her husband entitles death, but his infractions against her are allowed.

Absolutely not, because whatever that individual did to get the death sentence was probably inhuman.

What is inhuman is the time it takes to kill them. They should go from the court house to the gas chamber.

no...
Too often those that kill will kill again.
If you are against them, then lets do the 3 strikes you live on an island in the ocean after being 'fixed'! You want to live like an animal...then fine.
Patrol the island and then jails, for the most part, become obsolete.
I know..Australia was created like this...but we fix the guys/gals. And provide a choice of living on an island that is the same sex or mixed sex.

They are as human as the people that are sentenced to them. Sometimes there is no room in jails for the monsters that are out there. So, yes, if human can do things like rape and kill a child, for instance, than it is human to take their life in return.

yes, who are we to decided if someone should die????
Killing someone under the cover of justice is nonsense, what if the guy is innocent????

to me it's worst to spend the rest of your life getting rape by a nazy in a jail than being killed
