Yes, sometimes they are both sore and tingly and achey.
However, sometimes just before your monthly period, they can also feel this way.

Mine hurt very bad on the sides and went from a B to a D in a month. It's not the same sore that you get when you start your period it's more like a bruised feeling.

Mine were very sore. I couldn't even lay on my stomach because my breasts hurt so bad. It was horrible. That was when I decided to go buy a pregnancy test. I had gone off the pill 3 months earlier and my period wasn't regular from that so when my breast started to hurt I knew I was pregnant.

They they do. That is normal... The further along you are they will get bigger. Wait till your milk comes in after the baby is born... That hurts!

It was either tender or extra sensitive. It might be different with other women, though.
