It's not possible. Just look at the history of Man. Never, in all of Man's history, has the entire world ever been at peace. Humans are too volatile. So, somewhere on the planet, there will always be humans fighting with each other.
And that doesn't even count internal, domestic violence. How can you have world peace with the violence in Detroit, Washington DC, and now a serial killer in Phoenix?
