green is so awesome and just looks absolutely hot
but either of these colors will work amazing with your coloring.
also, consider grey
why dont you try all of them and see which one you like best? go for a different color each month

I have long brown hair and fair skin as well, and I tried deep blue contacts for a while and had lots of fun looking different :) (my real eye color is green)

Okay, judging by ur avatar, neither color is 4 u! If u insist on getting color contacts,though (not my personal style), then u should go w/ a really light, subtle brown th@ almost looks hazel! Th@ way, u can keep ur natural eye color (th@ is if brown is ur natural eye color), and still get a hint of 1 of the colors u prefer!

well if u already have brown eyes it would look real if it was hazel but i think green would be better if it was between blue or green

I would go with blue. It would go great with your coloring. Plus...guys can give you more compliments when they look into your blue eyes. lol. Trust me, I know.

you don't need any color contacts, wear your own natural eyes, i'm sure they are beautiful.
