Could a person call the police information desk 12 times one day, then call the police information desk the next day 12 times without getting into trouble? Keep in mind that each time you call, you are asking real legit questions. And also keep in mind that the same person will be answering each time you call. How many calls can you make before this person answering the phone becomes angry and sends the police out to your house?

Abusing our privileges only ensures that we loose them, so that when we need them the most, we won't get to use them. That is such a pity, as today we are not willing to take responsibility of our actions.

So don’t worry about that person getting away with it, he is just initiating what he too will experience one day.

The Universal law of Karma ensures that no one gets away with anything; we undergo exactly what we make someone else undergo.

So imagine this, one day you try to contact the police helpline number, only to find it busy, just because some kid out wants to have some fun by calling up Police helpline 12 times a day, two days in a row, as he believes he can get away with it.

Just because we can get away with it, doesn't mean we won’t have to pay for our actions later, this is a just Universe, and we sow better today what we want to reap tomorrow, so why not sow happy, cheerful and joyous incidents today?

Depends on the tolerance level. But most desks will have caller ID to trace their calls, I dont see a logical reason to do that, if the person wants answers why not going in person and have a discussion or dialogue or ask a friend about the issue.

No, this person will not get away, eventually the cops will recommend this person to see a shrink instead of sending him to jail...
