Say 'I left my last job by mutual consent. It wasn't really suitable for a person of my kinds of skills and talents so we decided that it would be better for my future development to try a new challenge in a different field.'

I just read the above answers and they all say how to tell someone they are fired.
Now to let others know you got fired without lying, You could say that it was time for a change. That you feel like you have served your usefullness.
In reality the best thing is to just tell the truth. OUCH I know, but the best.

You have two different ways of using this. (A) You could simply not putting it down on your job app. if the company you worked for could possibly make a bad rap for your name. I use to work for a company without saying any names, and I put them down on my work history, and the company I was working for was black balling me. (B) You could put it down on your work history, and if you want when it ask of you why you quit just put down personal reason. Than you can answer it any way you want it, when the ask you why they let you go or what ever question they may ask of you.

the best way is ,by telling that "hey, fellow its time for you to move to new highs, so now you have that chance .You can leave now. And after that u can look out for new oppertunties in ur life and use your skills u had gain from our industry.Accept this from us."

"Well, nothing to do with your performance, but the company decides to re-organize a little. I am sorry, you have to go" or
"Well, you perform very well in the company, but we are afraid that we can't afford you any more. Here is 2 month serverance pay"
