With one billion people, anything is possible. Do you believe a chinese can grow to be 7 feet tall but I think the man in your question probably has some kind of tumor in his stomach or an underdeveloped parasite.

There was a western (US?) child born about 15 or 20 years ago in which the fertilized egg had implanted in the woman's abdominal wall and gotten enough nutrients, etc, to grow to viability. There was nothing about how the pregnancy progressed that couldn't have happened in a male, except that men don't usually have fertilized eggs in their body (women only very rarely have them outside of their fallopian tubes and uterus).

But it may have suggested / proved to some that with medical intervention, a man could carry a pregnancy to viability. They would do in-vitro fertilization (test tube baby") and then implant the fertilized egg into the man's abdoman where there is a good blood supply.

It would be a lot safer for everyone concerned to have a surrogate (woman!) carry the fertilized egg. Or hey, just adopt one of many babies or parentless older children in the world. But people make their own choices, I suppose.

Obviously, that child was delivered via a modified Cesearian section. The parents named the girl "Miracle". Maybe that is enough to goggle on.

Or it could have been a "World Weekly News" kind of tabloid report (like "Aliens abducted my cat"). Sometimes those get picked erroronously by the mainstream media.
