i want it is full of artisic sense, and it is a little fashion, not old, not too normal. i dont want an name the same as others. even it is a new spelling. can it be?

That makes no sense, what do you want? Christian names or Surnames.

All English surnames are old, excepting those that have entered the country through immigration.

Our first names are much the same as they are in the US or Australia as I gather, except not so many new fashioned ones.

Study the king lists and nobility lists for Scotland, England and Ireland prior to the 1500s. You are bound to find a name worthy of your choosing, particularly among the Scots. They really had some powerful names with both grace and impact.
