When a child is looking for acceptance from an adult, what is the first thing they do? They reach over with their foot and start playing with you. I seen a picture in readers digest of two people dancing (male & female, as the kids who practice this) The karma sultra the picture was, but it wasnt anything original from the book I think, it just had them both putting the soul of their foot against one another.
The movie Pulp fiction talks of a man being thrown out a window for rubbing another man's Wife's feet. Now wether the story actually happened is not important. What is important is the fact of how one man thinks (Director/storywriter) would feel if another man rubbed his wife's feet. Would you rub another man's foot? he ask's before they walk into the room and kill three other's (and dont get technical, one was hiding in the bathroom remember?)
