It's okay as long as the person respects those who prefer silence. For example it's rude to converse loudly in a library.

It depends really. If you talk a lot and never stop and the things you talk about are boring then it's bad. On the other hand, if you can easily talk to people and you talk about interesting things that you all like and it's not just you talking, then it's a good thing.

Depends. If it means that you can converse with people easily then it is a good thing. But if you talk too much and don't let anyone else get a word in then it's bad!!

Depends on who you're talking too. If it's a guy who despises women who talk constantly then yu better shut up quick or he'll forget you in a wink. If you're lonely and need someone to talk to, a wacky girl friend from high school will do the trick. They probably are still talking since way back then........

It depends on who you are talking to. Like in my case I dont talk much so a talkative person would be perfect to talk to. So it depends on the other person.

it's good to be able to talk to people but let them talk too. look for signs that you may be talking too much. ask if you have to. be strong but let others communicate too. good luck.
