think about everything you do each day. then figure out what you dont need to do that day at that time. like i can tell you that i dont need to watch tv at 1 in the afternoon. i could go to work. just figure out a rough schedule for each day. like get up, go to work, get home, relax. then when youre at work, break that down into certain times. like 11am is when i have a meeting with my boss, 2pm is when i start the buisness report... have set times for very general tasks and everything else will fall into place.
i am also a student, and i have another system for keeping track of things at school. i remember when certain things are due, or when tests are. i do this by thinking about each of the classes i have, and i glance in my notebook at recent pages to see what i need to do. i always start tasks or studying at least 2 days before its due. if more than one thing is due the same day, ill give myself 3 days. i never really plan more than 5 days in advance. good luck.

I use to procrastinate. I use to trick myself into believing that a deadline was due a week earlier. So when i procastinated on the "deadline" I wasn't really late

I know someone who said hypnosis helped. She went to http://wendi.com and bought a CD for procrastinators. Don't know if it's real or a bunch of crap, though.
