I think it can happen with any test you use, even if it's done correctly. if you have a line, you have to pay attention to the color and whether it matches the control line or not. if it does, it's positive. if it doesn't it's negative and an evaporation line.

Very common, I got a few evaporation lines in maybe 3 tests, it all depends on the test you use.
