The are lots of those in Denver. They drive around and pick up your yard while you are at work. You just pay for the service like you would lawn care or trash pick up.

You mean a person who does the scooping? I would say that a plastic pooper scooper would be much cheaper. I don't think someone would pay to have another person come out and scoop poop. And if you're thinking of contracting out to a park or the city or something, they would never go for it. They make money off fining people who don't pick their dog's poop up. The job is taken care of just fine by the citizens. No need for change.
Good try, but try something else.

This is a business that already exists. Hence, it is not a far fetched idea as it has already proven to have a target clientele.
Here are some pooper scooper services. I suggest you check out their offerings and how they package their services and market it to their target customers:

Well ther certainly are pooper scooper businesses out there. I don't think it is a big deal though because many people just let the dog into the backyard and use it as fertilizer anyways.

I think you'd need to produce more than just a pooper scooper

There ar two dog dirt scoopers in St. Louis, MO. Yucco's and something else. They thrive because they charge a fortune to scoop dog dirt. The bigger the dog, the bigger the fee. They scoop it up in a bag and throw it away in the owners trash can. They aren't allowed to take it with them because dog dirt is considered haz. mat. You'd need a special permit to transport dog dirt.

There is a market for everything, the question should be how to advertise? Pet and animal waste removal is an actual business enterprise and is fairly popular in cities and wealthy communities...

Unless you're selling drugs or making out on prostitutes, its legit. And anything that makes money without being at the expense of another person is great.
