In regard to question about sister who feels lonely and unhappy.?

When I asked the question earlier, I didn't mention that she does volunteer work three days a week, travels to Europe two or three times a year, has many friends, with whom she interacts with on a regular basis, but it never seems to be enough. Could it be that she just does'nt like to be alone with herself? I just visited her for a week, and all she did was find fault with everything I said or did. I am a widow too, and I can think of many things to do that would make me happy, but don't have the financial resources. I have a close relationship with my family and she doesn't. People can be so complex.

If she is not happy without your help whe will not be happy with it. Some people have a personality that is slanted that way and some people are clinacally depressed. She does not have a close relationship because she chooses not to...
