Honestly I feel that the government will never legalize the use of marijuana or put an age limit ....Point one: because there is no logical way of regulating it's production, or taxation once it has been produced. Point two: If in fact marijuana kills brain cells than I guess the legal age should be set at when the human brain stops growing. This is just personal opinion I have no actual findings to back up my statements.

First of all, they will never legalize pot and, if they do, the legal age should be 21, the same as alcohol.

Yes. Since the effects are similar to alcohol, but alcohol is much more damaging to the body despite being legal, the age should be 21.

When not if? I like that. Yes a minumum should be required just like smoking or drinking at an adult age 18 or 21 I would say. AT least you are a better judge of your own decisions at that age.

Depends on the country.
It will never be legalized in the USA .
It should be legalized & taxed with a 21 yr age limitation.

18 should be the age for buying pot just like alchohol should be 18. If you are old enough to fight and give your life for your country then you should be treated like an adult.

While I don't have any sources for you right now, marijuana can cause severe developmental problems in teenagers, something to do with hormone balance and your metabolism.
Plus, I can't imagine them dropping the age below 21.

either way people of any age can get it now.
the age bar wont matter...its really up to the person
to be smart enough not to get it in the first place.
know their facts first...or see a death from pot.

Yes, Kids are stupid to begin with don't need something to be stupider. (ha ha) 21 should be the legal age.
