you could always copy and paste the body of the e-mail message and put them into word, then print them out... other than that it depends on what email program you have. Some programs do not allow you to right click > Copy or Paste... So if you weren't sure of this already, Highlight the text and press Ctrl + C, and to paste press Ctrl + V..... Hope this helps, though i think you were probably looking for a simpler way....
