don't quit until you have another job definately, if you really have to get out, take a day off and go to a temp agency and see if they have anything for 6 months and look in the new state starting now as well.

i would stay til something else came and get the hell out!

It's a sad thing when we don't enjoy where we work or the people that we work with. Life is certainly too short to go to a job everyday and hate each moment. I hope you have some savings, or at least some friends who might live in other places you may be looking.. If I were you, I'd research the city and state by contacting Apartment Renters.com and the city. You can find listings of lots of places. I think it's drastic to up and leave the city, but if you are determined and have a plan - it can work. I did it when I left Detroit for California - but I had an apartment waiting, finances and goals (music). Think it through clearly. Good luck.

Go online and see if they have appartments available in the city you are moving to. They have websites. If you work at a franchise you can get moved to another store in any other state. If you find a job get one at a franchised place.

if you are not happy with your job...you should quit immediately

it is unnecessary for you to stress yourself out working there

there are always jobs out there, and you are only limited by your expectations

and i think it is generally easier to get a job if you are unemployed, as the sense of urgency is there, compared with if you are still holding a job

every job is the same.. politics everywhere. it is not who changes others, but yourself. Moving wont solve anything, but if you decide to move. do it now!
