How can we all be unique if unique means one of a kind? Isn’t there to many similarities to truly be unique?

Yes, each of us is unique.... just like everybody else. Because of the multitude of genes that make up each person, and the myriad of varying conditions in which each person grows and develops, each human being is an individual. The word "unique" however generally is spoken with a suggestion of eccentricity, which is something that usually must be striven for. I therefore would say that while we are all individuals, it is typically only those who try to be unique who are successful.

Just like no two snowflakes are the same (even though they seem to be) - no two people are the same (even though there are a lot of similarities). What makes you truly unique is your personality. Everyone has a different personality, so in their own way, they have different ways of being unique.

You are unique in the fact that no matter how many humans came before or after you, none will be identical. Your uniqueness is the ability you have to create something new from past thoughts and processes from those that have gone before.
Enjoy.

There are no 2 people who look exactly alike.
There are no 2 people with the exact same personality or character.
Another way of looking at it: A person's flaws make them unique too.

But in the end, we all are unique, maybe you can find someone who has the same similarities as you, physical or emotional, but deep inside that person has not the same thoughts as you and might not react the same as you in a specific event.

Everyone is unique physically, mentally and spiritually HOWEVER if everyone shares this uniqueness then in terms of being unique we are not since we all share the trait. Think about it.

Uniqueness is a beautiful and alluring thing, but it ismply cannot exist. Because there are too little features that could make you an extict one from 6,5 billion people.
