I'm thinking 7th seed. They will have a lot more competition with Chicago and Orlando emerging as good teams. They might make it into the 2nd round but that really depends on who they're playing. If they go up against Cleveland again I think they are going to lose again. Gilbert is going to have a lot more passion in those games because they got beaten by them last year but LeBron's just too good.

They will lose in 6 in the second round. If they are able to take the series to 7 games then they will make it to conference finals

As far as they did this year. So far I haven't heard anything about them making ANY moves in the offseason. Even my boys, the Miami Heat, who won the championship this year, are making moves.
