Yes it is possible. The current from the lightning can be carried through the ground and if it finds that you are a good source to leave the ground then it will shock you. Probably more than shock too. Ouch.
-- Interesting story -- I once saw an American woman on television who was struck by lightening, lived, and then from then on spoke with a British accent. Funny huh? I thought so...

Actually, if you are conductive, and you are, then you could possibly get a shock from it. The most likely thing to happen is that you only get flooded by the charged particles around the lightening bolt, which will make you statically charged. Now this won't amount to much neither will much happen when standing beside a lightening strike, you might feel a slight electrical charge enter your body, and you may even get a gentle shock, but since you do not contain the ion that the electrical charge is trying to attract then you probably won't get the entirety of the discharge. However, there is a period when the heart must recharge in order to beat again, if persay the strike coincided with this recharge it could actually stop this charge and effectively stop your heart. This is caused by a electromagnetic pulse, which as we know can cause all electrical devices to ceise function in the presence of that pulse. This pulse has been known to stop many beating hearts, leading to death, or at least a broken sturnum from the CPR used to bring the person back.

Same as BEC:
When lightning strikes the current flows away through the ground in a circle (half sphere?) shape. If your feet are a better conductor than the ground (bare wet feet work) and enough current is flowing, then you will be shocked, and may even get burned.
Best case scenario, you'll be facing the impact (just feet) but at a 90 degree angle, it will travel through your legs and crotch, doing severe damage. This is why they tell you not to lie down during a thunderstorm. (in though head, out through feet)

I believe so. I have had that happen before but it was behind me. I was out with a friend and we were looking in stores, as soon as I moved out of one spot lightning struck there. I did not feel anything but I was scared. All shopping came to an end and we went home.

If you conduct the current as it discharges absolutely however; generally all you get are the flash bang symptoms and the smell of ozone

electricity chooses the best conductor. if it strikes in front of you, it means that you're not it (at that moment anyway)
