It is a slang term used in the UK to acknowledge when a dj plays a good track - the selecta referring to the Dj and the bo being an expression of approval
In the Craig David track, Re-rewind, he says "Re-rewind, when the crowd says bo, selecta!". Basically hes asking the Dj to play the track from the begining because the crowd like it.
