You have to believe the product youre selling is benefit the buyer and to his advantage to buy your product. You also have to be honest and know your limits. Some people are creative but they cant sell anything, for eg, my youngest sister.

As a 15+ year sales veteran, I have to say that the easiest way to be a passionate salesperson is to sell something that you believe in. Additionally, focus on what the customer gets out of it first. If you really sell from that perspective, you will sell more and then make more money. If possible, use the product yourself and remember why you like it so much. I wouldn't say that you learn passion but rather it comes from believing in the product and yourself to sell it. It also helps to know your product inside out, your competition and your customer/market. Sometimes passion is simply knowledge with conviction. Lastly, if you can demonstrate how the product really meets the needs of the customer and he will benefit, you have earned the right to ask him to buy it. After all, that is why you have been hired? Always close the deal.

Passion, in relation to any career is synonymous with loving what one does.
This can be fishing, music, etc., even family. When one immerses oneself in a job, of any kind, this is considered, passion.

Can it be learned? Sometimes, with exposure. Some people may not think of a music career as passionate, but with exposure it can develope.
