No quick fix- its actually a pain. So, now when you fill up, set your trip odometer to 000, and you'll have to work out the mileage to know how much gas is left.

That might be a blessing with gas prices what they are, but it is probably the sender in the tank, and it might be an option to go with the odometer thing. Get an estimate.

it is probably the sending unit which is attached to your fuel pump which is inside your tank. it can be a quick change if your know what you are doing. hopefully you dont have a full tank because that can be messy.
