"Blue Pacific Grill is a fun, unique dining experience where customers create their own mongolian stir fry that includes their choice of protein, seasonings, veggies, sauce and starch … then they simply hand over their bowl to the specially trained Grill Masters and watch them magically cook their creation."

Sounds a lot like Mongolian BBQ ( http://www.bdsmongolianbarbeque.com/ ).

I have never been there, but I have been to Biaggis, the Itilain restaurant at Levis Commons and their prices are about 20-30 dollars per person.

I found an article in the Blade about it, but no averge price is listed. You may be able to call them and ask.

EDIT: I found the price in the article : $9.99 a bowl or $12.98 for all you can eat. Soft drinks and spirits are also available.

This is about how much Mongolian BBQ is and it is well worth it.
