The only thing that will prevent an attack on Iran is if Bush is not in office. That's because Bush and his pentagon buddies have already pre-masterminded the whole scheme to go from one country to the next in the Middle East with his imperialist war machine (aka the faux war against terrorism). It's just a matter of who is first: Syria? Iran? Who knows? But the bottom line is that the North Korean "missile scare" is just a political ploy to distract Americans from the failures of the war in Iraq, as you can tell, because it is not a real crisis. It is one fabricated to look like a crisis as a distraction. North Korea has not harmed one single person with all its terrible missile "tests," while every day more and more civilians are killed in Iraq or somewhere else in the Middle East because of some U.S. military "operation" that doesn't make the USA one bit safer from another terrorist attack.

No, what will reduce the possibility of an American attack on Iran is that we've squandered our interest in fighting middle eastern countries in the war in Iraq.

Not necessarily. The only impossibility of American attack on Iran will be continued anarchy in Iraq which is very likely! There is absolutely no concrete solution to the problems in Iraq caused by the American intervention.

No, I think the attack on Iran will go forward. I think that the gov is locked onto the track of war and have no way to avoid ever escalating conflict leading up to total global war, including all nations, and nuclear weapons.

The USA dose not have to attack Iran now. The plan now is to let Israel draw Iran into the war so they can take out their nuclear capabilities.

No, it will increase the chance of Iran invasion because the public can see what happens if you let a country do whatever it wants and will stop being pacifists.
