I am a white female and I prefer professors (I do not work) of the male gender b/c they are easier and more understanding than female professors. If I have a choice in the matter, I will choose the male every time!

I have had male bosses and female bosses and the key is the personality. Gender plays less of a part than whether they want to be a hardass or a genuine leader

I'm a guy and have had both male and female bosses. The gender hasn't made a difference to me, but their management styles and personaliities have.

yes and ok this may sound really sexist, but id like to have an attractive boss as well. lets be honest, it would make the day more bareable, i work with all guys, so if im gonna have a female boss, id rather she be sexy

Though I work for myself, if I did have a boss, I would prefer a man. I don't have any desire to relate to a woman who is in a position to act dominant.

I am female and have only gotten along with male bosses.....in the end they we're always bosses so I quit and opened my own business and now I AM THE BOSS!!!!
