If you think he is corrupt, do you think his offenses are worse than those of Bill Clinton?

You know, when I talk about Clinton, I'm referring to that time when he lied on the bible about receiving Oral Relations from Monica Lewinsky....

Bush is obviously considerably more corrupt than was Bill Clinton, and yes, his offenses are obviously far worse than were Clinton's (as is made obvious by the fact that you're still reciting the PC lines about Bill and Monica, rather than talking about what Clinton did as President).

Parroting right-wing talk radio PC lines is not effective political discussion, and the fact that so many people think that it is presents one of the biggest problems faced by the U.S.: our electorate simply isn't qualified to participate in politics.

President Bush is corrupt because we are fighting wars in oil- rich countries and who owns part of a oil company with wells in the Middle East his father does. His offenses aren't worse than Clinton's because Clinton did what any straight male would of one

My God, comparing the "crimes" of Bill Clinton to the Crimes of George Bush is like comparing the crimes of Otis the Drunk on Andy Griffith to the Crimes of Adolph Hitler.

Bush, corrupt? Well. let's see... he campaigned in 2000 almost solely from marked Enron jets, and pretty much did to the USA exactly what Ken Lay did to Enron, he nullified our credibility and integrity to the rest of the world for at least the next thirty years, foreign relations are at an all-time low, to put it very mildly, and he sold our middle and working classes into slavery for the next century or so by running up an eight trillion dollar tab while cutting taxes, but pretty much only for the wealthiest one-tenth of one percent, he started a false war in Iraq, and Dick Cheney's Halliburton has thieved something like a half-billion or so from the federal gov't at last count, and he's pretty much ignored the Constitution and the Bill of Rights for going on six years, and he wasn't even elected either time, he did what dictators always do, he sat on the throne and said, "I'm here, now try to make me get off."

No. No corruption there I can see.

Bush has NEVER lied on a bible? Are you sure? Did you take something this morning? Bush is not pure gold, sorry if that shatters any illusions.

Conservatives like to hang on to fact that Clinton did some sex stuff with Monica. Most men contemplate adultery, its a part of human nature.Hell I voted for him and think anyone married to Hillary for decades NEEDS a break. So there!

Yes,breaking the Genova Convention and authorizing the uses of SEXUAL TORTURE is in fact worse than getting a little play on the side.
Stop complaining about people who have more sex than you and realize that this quagmire in the Middle East is a disaster Bush has only only handed us but our children and their children. It is much worse.

Bush and Cheney made a secret pact with the oil industry early in his first term - and then used "executive privilege" to avoid revealing their plans. Bush was leaving a subsequent meeting with oil leaders and members of the Senate when one of the senators called out to him, "Hell, son, if you want that oil so bad, why don't you just go in and TAKE it?" Witness Iraq.

The Administrations absolute and total incompetence is partly a measure of corruption. Halliburton is only one example.

You neo-cons LOVE to bring up Clinton. You can't BEAR the truth that in his administration, Bill Clinton CUT the size of government, reformed welfare, strengthened the economy, improved education, enforced environmental and safety standards, and produced a BUDGET SURPLUS.

Bush has done precisely the OPPOSITE in the past 6 years.

Bush is an embarrassment to the nation, a liar who makes anything Clinton did seem like schoolyard play, a war criminal and the worst domestic terrorist in US history. His policies have poinsoned our air, water soil, and national life. He has FAILED in every time of trouble. He is the scum of the Earth.

What has the present incumbent genuinely carried out previous spend money, promise to barter, threaten 'stressful' sanctions and look before the television cameras each possibility he gets. God the guy has an ego concern. you have a sturdy day now

He is "corrupt" in so far as he wants a) absolute power and authority, and b) one political party to run the United States. "Corruption" comes in a matter of degrees, and like the saying goes--absolute power corrupts absolutely. So in Bush's case, the more he wants no "dissent" against policies that many people of the USA don't like (e.g., war in the Middle East, spending BILLIONS on war), the more he ignores that dissent, and the more he enforces over the people action against dissent and *a polarization of like-minded people who call dissent anti-American, then the more corrupt he will become.

I think he is listening to the wrong people.

As for Clinton he isn't the first to get some in the white house. FDR, Eisenhower, JFK, Johnson

Could be worse things that they did

I do not think President Bush is corrupt. He does what he thinks is right, that is all that we can expect. Clinton - do not get me started - corrupt should be his middle name.
