I am always having headaches and I dont know why? I get at lease one bad one a day. I dont know what to do anymore, I am scared to go to the doctor b/c I dont know what they will say. I have been having them for about 5 years now. What should I do?

Try going to a chiropractor. Mine once told me that a headache means something in your body is not right. He then fixed a small kink in my back and I was head ache free for months!

You should probably see a doctor about them. I've been having these bad headaches for the past 7 years and before I saw a doctor people kept putting strange ideas in my headof what thye could be. Aftter I saw a docotr the doctor said that theywere just stress related. it was a big relief. Good or bad news, it will be a relief for you if you see a doctor

Have you ever had a migrain? Cause I think you just did. You need to overcome your fear and see the doctor. I used to have these headaches constently, and I was scared to go see me mom about it. then I lost a Quarter of my vision, and I had to tell my mom and see a doctor. And I am glad I did.

go to the doctor, and the chiropractor. The chiropractor will make your headaches go away, and the doctor can give you some drugs in case they ever come back!

go to the Doctor!! That in its self will make you feel better...just to find out its nothing.
