It's regarding John Doe confidential informants and Franks v. Delaware motion. A judge denied a motion to supress evidence using a franks motion because he says the John Doe has to be a agent of the government. My lawyer says he is wrong but has not found anything to support this. I need to find something to prove this wrong. Thank you very much in advance for any information you might have.

Try asking Bill Handel on http://www.handleonthelaw.com/. There is a "Questions 4 Bill" link at the top. He does a legal radio show in California on Saturdays.

I did a search and brought up nothing, but perhaps you can contact a law school and get some answers and reference information from perhaps a senior student or one of the staff? Best I could do. Sorry......
