Yes! Why should he be accorded the right to a trial when he didn't give that same right to the hundreds of thousands of people he had killed? The longer he's on trial the more propaganda he continues to spew. He continues to incite violence from the court room.

Yes would save a lot of money and would be quicker - the bad points would be that is almost guaranting making a marty out of him (I apologise for the spelling in this!) so in most cases its best to carry on with the court case find him guilty and THEN take him outside and deal with him.

Emotional reaction - yes. However, that would make us as bad as him. Also, that would make him a martyr, which would suit him just fine - life imprisonment (until the day he dies) in a very harsh prison is by far the best punisnhment for him. After a fair trial because we are (supposed to be) civilised.

Yes, I think it would make life a lot simpler for the people of Iraq, but I also believe that even the lowest scum deserves his day in court- if only to try to get him to acknowledge his f--up.

No I don't think killing him would really do much...I think that many leaders around the world punished for thier crimes....but then again if you did that then president bush should be the first one to go..cuz he himself may not have personally killed anyone but any time a leader directs people to kill then he then has blood on his hands..much like hitler...He didn't kill anyone himself...but he caused the murder of others..just like bush..and countless other people around the world.

no, i believe he needs to suffer for a long time like his victims.
Killing someone is an cowards way out, and i believe that modern humans have progressed so well in technology, science etc that it would be a drastic step back if we reverted to death as a punishment.
