Something is eating the buds and flowers of all my patio plants. I live a residentual neighborhood, some trees, not heavily wooded area. At night, something is coming any eating the flowers. I don't know if it is rats or squirrels, I have not caught them. What can I use to make whatever is doing this go away?

Put plants on pedestals. Spray WD-40 around the base of pot. Place 1/3 dryer sheet--BOUNCE--in each pot. Moth balls work too but they smell horrid. Try putting a few around porch but not on it.

set you up a ground blind where you can observe the little bastards & they can't see you...

first objective is to identify your target ya know.

second... since you live in a residential neighborhood I would stick to a pellet rifle... don't try the little pellet handguns...they are not accurate at all.

third... go for head shots. if you hit em in the body somewhere they will just crawl under your house & die. that will stink real bad.

lemme know how it turns out.

I even have given up attempting to stop those pesky creatures from doing all varieties of issues. They dig holes in backyard to bury nuts, they consume nuts I placed out for the birds. I even have even thought approximately getting a gun yet desperate against it. there is not any answer i'm afraid.

It's hard to say if one doesn't know what doing the damage, call your local nursery and ask them. If it was durring the day, I put fake snakes near the flowers.
