Read the book THE CASE FOR IMPEACHMENT that just came out. It spells it out very nicely. There are many legal reasons for Bush and Co to be impeached.
A warning-be prepared to get angry!

The anti-Bushies, demonstrating a typical mental firepower of less than a cap gun.
There have been no war crimes, and nothing to impeach him. Innocent people always die during war - it cannot be avoided. But this war has probably seen the very least amount of civilian casualties ever incurred during a full scale invasion of a country this size.
Please note - the terrorists and insurgents have intentionally killed more Iraqis in their quest to prevent them gaining freedom and democracy than we unintentionally killed in freeing them from Saddam.
Oh, why do I waste my time answering these twits? Is it worth it for 2 pts?

War crimes leading to impeachment? First of all you'd have to identify a "high crime or misdemeanor" as stipulated in the Constitution. So far, it does not appear that any have been comitted. Partisianship aside, you may disagree with the premise for war, but holding the president himself responsible for war crimes comitted by soliders in theater is a bit like blaming the ceo of pillsbury for a case of food poisoning you got from eating at a taco bell.
You'd have to approach it from another angle, after the socialist party wins in November, they'll try. . .

Distorting and misrepresenting material facts in front of the Congress about the reason for going to war: can that be considered a war crime?
Holding prisoners of war without regard to the Geneva convention: can that be considered a war crime?
Invading a country that didn't attack the US: can that be considered a war crime?

First of all you'd have to actually have a war crime, which you don't.
Second, any impeachment process has to be started by Congress. So I guess you could write a letter to your Congressman. But since they have no impeachable offenses, they're not going to move forward with impeachment.

The initiative to realize this (presuming that there is a sturdy case to be made) could desire to come from the Democratic participants of Congress. The media circuses of Watergate and OMG the Pres have been given a BJ did little sturdy (and doubtless even undesirable) for the social gathering who initiated technique. possibly the Democratic social gathering is extra in touch concerning to the 2008 election and does not want to open themselves to the GOP snarking that is inevitable in any election 365 days impeachment technique.

Voice your concerns to your congressman and/or senator.
YOU can't begin an impeachment process.
And what war crimes? Name one. I dare you.
Remember, Congress approved this war.

There is no proof for the war crimes, because the inverstigations are carried out by...surprise, American investigators!
In inescapable cases, they justify the crimes as being caused by extreme stress...BS!
